What Are Group Wellness Sessions?

Our group wellness sessions are physician-led small group programs created and guided by Dr. Chuang. They bring together individuals who share similar health or lifestyle goals in a shared learning space.

The sessions integrate education, skill-building, and shared discussion, allowing participants to learn from Dr. Chuang’s guidance and from each other’s experiences. The goal is to help you sustain motivation, accountability, and progress through shared learning and support.

These are not casual workshops; they are structured, evidence-based sessions that help you make lasting changes.

Dr. Chuang offers group cooking sessions that turn nutrition science into practical, culturally relevant cooking skills that fit your real life. This is an educational and experiential way to connect the science of nutrition with real-world cooking.

Member Priority & Continuity

Group Wellness Sessions serve as both an educational entry point and a supportive extension of Dr. Chuang’s coaching programs.

You can access these sessions in two ways.

  • Coaching Members: For those already enrolled in Dr. Chuang’s coaching program, group sessions complement one-to-one care. They reinforce what you’re working on individually and give you a chance to practice new skills alongside others with similar goals.
  • Open Access: You may join select sessions through the waitlist to experience our physician-guided approach before deciding whether to begin ongoing coaching.

While everyone is welcome to join group wellness sessions, our members enjoy priority access to all new group topics. They also benefit from continuity with their ongoing coaching plan. Dr. Chuang already understands their health patterns, so members can integrate group insights more seamlessly into their personalized roadmap.

How to Get Started

We’ve kept the process to get started simple so you can join and begin learning when new sessions become available.

Fill the form to join the interest list and be notified when Dr. Chuang announces a new Group Wellness or Cooking Session. Once a session topic reaches an ideal number of interested participants, you’ll receive an invitation to register.

Confirm Your Spot

You’ll receive the session date, time, and registration link once the group is formed. Spots for these community wellness sessions are limited to keep groups small and interactive, so please remember to confirm your place promptly.

Attend Your Session

Sessions are held virtually and last 60–90 minutes. 

Each session includes physician-led education, group discussion, and actionable strategies tailored to real-life challenges. You can expect clear takeaways and optional follow-up materials, such as recipes, handouts, or quick reference guides.

Continue Your Journey

After the session, you can choose one of three paths:

  • Try another group session.
  • Book a Comprehensive Health Assessment to create a medical and lifestyle baseline for a personalized coaching plan.
  • Join membership coaching for ongoing, individualized work and priority access to future Group Wellness Sessions.

If you’re already subscribed to Dr. Chuang’s membership plan, you will continue building momentum through personalized coaching sessions with Dr. Chuang.
