Comprehensive Health-Life-Work Assessment

The comprehensive health-life-work assessment is the starting point for your coaching relationship with Dr. Chuang. It’s a physician-led evaluation that looks beyond symptoms and lab results, exploring how your health, daily habits, and work-life structure interact to shape your well-being.

This session helps uncover the lifestyle and environmental patterns that may be supporting or hindering your well-being.

Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching

Lifestyle and wellness coaching is our core, physician-led membership program focused on optimizing your health and daily life. You’ll learn how to align nutrition, sleep, stress management, and time structure so your energy, productivity, and overall well-being reinforce each other.

Relationship Transition Coaching

Relationship transition coaching offers structured guidance to improve communication, manage stress, and clarify goals during times of change. 

Rather than focusing on “fixing” relationships, the work centers on rebuilding a healthy relationship identity, strengthening shared resilience, and helping you define the kind of relationship you want next. You will learn to create boundaries that protect your well-being and support the relationship as it evolves.

Retirement Health Coaching

Retirement health coaching supports the shift from structured work life to purposeful, healthy living after retirement. This program focuses on improving and maintaining physical health, vitality, cognitive sharpness, and emotional well-being in this new chapter of life. 

You gain the support needed to stay active and capable so you can enjoy what matters to you in your retirement years. This might mean traveling, picking up new hobbies, staying socially connected, or pursuing activities like golfing or hiking.

On-Demand Coaching

On-demand coaching is a focused, one-time virtual consultation that offers timely and structured guidance whenever you need additional support. You can use it when you need timely input on a specific challenge or as an extra layer of help alongside your monthly membership visits. 

This session also serves as an entry point to explore Dr. Chuang’s approach before beginning a coaching membership.

Group Wellness Sessions

Dr. Chuang’s group wellness sessions bring her coaching framework into a small, interactive setting for shared learning and accountability. Each small-group session explores a focused theme, such as stress resilience, energy optimization, or time management, or a shared health condition, such as diabetes or heart disease. 

Group Cooking Sessions

Dr. Chuang’s interactive cooking sessions turn nutrition science into real-life skills through cooking demonstrations and guided meal prep. These interactive, physician-led workshops teach participants how to cook intentionally for their goals, integrating nutrition principles into real life while respecting culture, time, and personal taste.
