She blends medical expertise with personalized coaching to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes - not one-size-fits-all advice.

Do you take insurance?

No. Dr. Chuang uses an out-of-pocket membership model. This allows us to focus fully on your goals and provide more time, support, and personalized care without the restrictions of insurance.

What is included in the membership?

Your membership gives you personalized, ongoing support with Dr. Connie Chuang. This includes:

  • Free onboarding visit for new patients
  • Monthly virtual check-ins and weekly progress updates
  • Secure messaging for non-urgent questions
  • Free access to the Cronometer Gold nutrition app (~$130 value)
